The World Of Challenges

From 2021, the world is moving to a new era of challenges. The covid pandemic which had started from the end of 2019, still reigns. We haven’t found medicine for it except for some vaccines which may help us to survive the pandemic without slipping to deathly hallows. The carbon emissions, which have been the trademark of humans, have made some challenges for us. Of course, it’s global warming and climate issues.

Global warming is our follower from the industrial revolution onwards. Most of the followers are fans of a particular person, but here global warming follows us not to help, but to challenge our and the whole world’s sustenance.

Climate change occurs in a wrong pattern. The markings of our ancestors such as summer, winter, spring, and autumn are coming early or mixing with their nearest weathers. The ozone layer depletion gave way for ultra-violet radiations and gamma rays to reach Earth at least to a small extent, which increases year by year.

Man never consider the Earth and his fellow creatures and cut down every single forest. Latest studies regarding the trees even show that, the trees, which we thought to be the ultimate protectors of the world release methane to Earth. We know, how dangerous if the level of methane on Earth raises beyond its limit. But, it’s certain that it releases more oxygen and intake carbon dioxide than the level of released methane.

The new era indeed challenges our sustenance. The economic progress of lots of countries is affected by the present covid pandemic. Trade and commerce are affected. The lives of billions of people are affected. The challenges inside our imaginations such as trade, commerce, and economy could progress in the post covid period. But how can the wounds on Earth be erased? How can we challenge such big global problems?

Terraforming is a great idea, where we humans can sustain in another planet by making suitable changes on the planet. But it is not a quick solution.

The building of Asgardia, a space world in a giant space shuttle is also a good idea. But it hasn’t started any of its constructions and hasn’t even found a good place to make it. This is indeed not a quick solution.

The only way is to reduce our exploitations to Earth and thereby rectifying at least a small scar, we have made on Earth. It may help us to live longer with fewer challenges. We need to find new resources that are renewable and non-polluting. Maximal utilization of green energy is the best option. If we fail to follow such measures, we will have to face an apocalypse before the predicted time period.
